Ms. Jasmine Joseph - Fourth Grade

We are in our final Module for Eureka Math! Module 7 EXPLORING MEASUREMENTS WITH MULTIPLICATION. This module focuses on the uses of Customary Measurements, Time, Money, and a review of the Metric System. This module also serves as a comprehensive review for what scholars have learned this school year. By the end of grade 4 scholars should be proficient in all of the mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Have a developed skill set for multi-digit addition and subtraction, 2-digit multiplication, as well as be skillful at long division. Fluency in fractions and decimal fractions up to the hundredths places is expected as well. Please over the summer continue the hard work that has been set out this school year and your scholar will certainly thrive in 5th grade!

Ms. Jasmine Joseph

My name is Miss Joseph. I am thrilled to be teaching 4th grade this year. This year will be my 4th year of teaching. I am a Philadelphia native. I grew up in catholic education having attended St. Martin de Porres School in North Philadelphia, which is also now an IMS school. For high school I attended Merion Mercy Academy. I had the pleasure of attending Howard University in Washington, DC for my undergraduate studies. I am currently working towards my masters in education at Saint Joseph's University. I am looking forward to working with you and your family this school year!
